We are committed to facilitate the access in emerging markets and low-income countries, to Swiss and European technologies by maximizing the source of funding thanks to the use of ECAs.

We assist governments, municipalities, and corporates to access international capital markets to structure value for money and value for people PPPs that contribute to the UN 2030 Agenda.

Oversee’s Top Management

Oversee’s top management is composed of seasoned professionals with robust credentials in renewables, energy efficiency, finance and PPPs, assisted by a strong team of senior experts and local partners.

Sonia Mezzour, dipl. Ing-ETH, is a former High-Level Moroccan Public Servant in the energy sector. She acts as the Vice-Chair of the UNECE Public-Private Partnership Working Party since 2014, Managing Partner of Oversee, and developer of renewable energy projects across Africa and South-East Asia in solar, wind, waste power plants as well as water treatment/desalination. Sonia is a seasoned professional who launched and managed a portfolio of PPP projects of + USD 1 Billion and is a keynote speaker in several high-level conferences worldwide.

She structures major deals for African Corporates in need of international project finance funding. She has been awarded numerous international honors. In 2020, Sonia was appointed ImPPPact Ambassador for PPP. Sonia holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Process Engineering from the Leading Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETHZ), followed by a Master’s Thesis at Harvard Medical School and a Senior Business Executive Program at Harvard Business School. She is fluent in Arabic, English, German, French, and Spanish. Sonia is a Moroccan and Swiss national.

Alexis Pégard, CFA, is a Former banking and finance executive at UBS Wealth Management and Swiss Life. He is a principal and seasoned financial consultant and real estate, industrial lighting, and infrastructure investor in Switzerland, Morocco, and across Africa. He is fluent in English, German, and French. Alexis is a French and Swiss national.
