Our Values

Ethics, Hard Work, Passion

Oversee is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all its business activities.

We work hard to ensure we have an organizational culture that promotes such an environment and also have in place a series of policies that provide the framework under which we operate.

These polices include our Code of Conduct, Equal Opportunities, Whistleblowing and Anti-fraud and bribery.

Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behavior we expect from all of our staff, consultants and sub-contractors.

The Code highlights the principles and themes that ensure Oversee manages its day to day activity in line with the needs of clients, staff, end users and other stakeholders.

Oversee aims to be an inclusive organization where diversity is valued and an organization for which all of our employees are proud to work.

Oversee values its membership of the United Nations Global Compact initiative.

Our Code of Conduct reflects the Labor Principles within Compact, specifically the upholding and protection of internationally proclaimed human rights. We will not be complicit either directly or indirectly in any activity, or support any operation, which abuses human rights.

We also adopt a robust approach towards tackling modern slavery and human trafficking. Our policy highlights our commitment towards zero tolerance and this includes any form of slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labor in our own processes or that of our supply chain. Fraud and bribery in any of our operations or in dealings with third parties is totally unacceptable. We have clear policies in place covering our standards and management practices in this area and auditing and reporting mechanisms in operation. Where allegations of fraud or bribery have arisen we work in close conjunction and co-operation with our clients and, where appropriate, statutory bodies.

Oversee recognizes the importance of protecting the environment. We continually look at how to improve our practices to contribute to sustainability and limit any adverse impact on the environment.

We expect all our contractors and partners to adopt the same high standards and take this into account through our due diligence procedures and include specific requirements, as necessary, in any contracts we issue.

Our policies and procedures are covered in staff training and inductions sessions. This helps ensure staff understand any legal requirements, the standards we expect of them and know how they can raise potential issues of concern.

For further information or if there are any points of concern that you wish to bring to the attention of the company please contact us and a member of the senior management team will follow up.
